What the job entails:
We're looking for someone who is crafty and has the patience that we do when crystallizing! We will teach you how to use different crystals for different types of projects. Due to the high demand we cannot keep up with the orders so you will be given projects to complete on your own from start to finish once we feel that you've perfected the craft. We take pride in our work because we ourselves have learned the best way to crystallize something to its fullest potential. This is why it takes so much time to finish a project and the reason we need help!
Crystallizing isn't the only thing we do... The job will also require you to go on deliveries and/or pickups. We do event decor, that requires traveling all over NY, NJ, and occasionally CT. You will not be driving. More than one person is required for a delivery, so as our employee you will be there just to lend a hand and help speed up the process. We will teach you the ins and outs of decorating an event.
We also have a store located in Staten Island, NY. You will be taught how to manage and operate day to day functions. Whether that entails appointments with clients, walk-ins, online orders, or just keeping the store open for the day. We are mainly looking for someone who is available during the afternoon/ evening. This is when our store is open and when most of our deliveries take place. We would like you to be from Staten Island since we do get last minute orders we would like to have you nearby to open the store on a whim if you're available.
The job will have an hourly pay of $11 an hour, whether you are on a delivery or at the store.
You will be required to sign a non-solicitation agreement and a non-compete agreement.
